If this you, take it easy by walking and meditative stretching until you have more energy. If you feel great, choose something that energizes you and creates joy. Second Trimester

Many women say this trimester is when they feel the best. You many feel a sense of calmness and an increase in energy. It's a great time to take advantage and focus on your fitness routine. But be careful...since your uterus is getting bigger, you need to be a bit more careful with physical activity. Always consult your doctor before starting any fitness program.

Third Trimester

You’ll definitely notice a slowdown — if not an abrupt halt at times — during the third trimester, as your body begins to prepare for labor and childbirth. BE SURE TO LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! No two days are alike. Even just walking ten minutes each day is beneficial. TIP: This is a great time to focus on cardiovascular activities (staying strong in your breathing) and thigh and butt muscles. Always consult your doctor before starting any fitness program.
